Squarespace has teamed up with Acuity Scheduling recently. Now you can have a scheduling tool in one place to invite your customers to book with you.
Domain Transfer $300
Connecting your existing Squarespace domain is included with my service. Your domain may be hosted elsewhere and you may want to transfer the domain over to Squarespace. I can help you with that.

The Process
In three steps…
01.
Onboarding
After you inquire, I’ll reach out to schedule a call so you can share your business goals and get all the details about my process. Once we agree to a timeline and sign a contract, you’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire to pin down the ins and outs of your business. During this phase, I’ll also ask you to create a secret Pinterest board to share your ideal brand aesthetic and web design preferences.
Deliverable: A design guide that includes an inspiration board, color palette, and font direction.
02.
Strategy + Design
I’ll learn everything I can about your industry so your website is crafted to convert. With the norms and conventions of your niche in mind, I’ll design your website Squarespace in just a few weeks. You’ll have two opportunities to refine each design element until every detail is exactly what you had in mind. During this phase, you’ll have access to your client portal, where you can see the project timelines and deliverables.

03.
Launch
Before your launch, we’ll tie up any loose ends and make sure all your tech questions get answered so updating your site is a breeze. Then it’s time to launch your new website! I’ll be there to cheer you on. If you ever need help with site maintenance, I offer affordable a la carte services to help you out. I’m always one email away if you need anything!

I design exclusively on the Squarespace platform because it is so user-friendly! Squarespace websites are mobile responsive and offer flexible design options so your business has plenty of room to grow.
Squarespace's customer service is incredibly helpful so if you ever have website questions there’s always someone to help!
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? ...
Absolutely! All clients who work with me pay a nonrefundable retainer upon booking. The second payment will be due on the project start date, while the final payment is due 3 weeks later.
HOW DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENTS? ...
I use Stripe to collect payments and bill through Dubsado. I can bill in USD or CDN funds.

DO YOU DESIGN SEO-FRIENDLY SITES? ...
Absolutely! Two major components of search engine optimization are user experience and website structure. I take both into account when I design websites so your site is both beautiful and strategic. Squarespace has great SEO capabilities that I’ll use to help you leverage your visibility online. But keep in mind that ranking in search requires patience as Google can take weeks or even months to index your site properly!

HOW SOON CAN WE GET STARTED? ...
Clients often book with me months in advance so it’s best to plan ahead as much as possible! If I have an opening, I’ll book you 4 weeks in advance so you have time to prep the website content. I recommend booking with me as soon as you’re starting the branding process. I take on 12 custom sites per year, so be sure to inquire as soon as you’re ready for a strategic website that converts!
