I design exclusively on the Squarespace platform because it is so user-friendly! Squarespace websites are mobile responsive and offer flexible design options so your business has plenty of room to grow. Squarespace's customer service is incredibly helpful so if you ever have website questions there’s always someone to help!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? ...

Absolutely! All clients who work with me must pay a nonrefundable retainer upon booking. The second payment will be due on the project start date, while the final payment is due 3 weeks later.

HOW DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENTS? ...

I use Stripe to collect payments and bill through Dubsado. I can bill in USD or CDN funds.

Project timelines vary depending on your needs and the scope of work, but my process typically takes anywhere from 4 weeks for a custom website. This can vary depending on how long it takes clients to submit required items. Great communication keeps us on pace with the design schedule and makes things move smoothly. DO YOU DESIGN SEO-FRIENDLY SITES? ...

Absolutely! Two major components of search engine optimization are user experience and website structure. I take both into account when I design websites so your site is both beautiful and strategic. Squarespace has great SEO capabilities that I’ll use to help you leverage your visibility online. But keep in mind that ranking in search requires patience as Google can take weeks or even months to index your site properly!

HOW SOON CAN WE GET STARTED? ...

Clients often book with me months in advance so it’s best to plan ahead as much as possible! If I have an opening, I’ll book you 4 weeks in advance so you have time to prep the website content. I recommend booking with me as soon as you’re starting the branding process.
